I presumed that this was the original mileage, but an Ebay member shared that the speedometer may be from an earlier model. I am including a Corbin Gunfighter Seat & 2 Handlebars, which transform this into a racer. xxxx Norton Commando 850 Mark III is in excellent condition

A Corbin cafe style seat, new Ikon shocks ($400), new Tri-Spark electric starter. There is some pitting and scratches but it is really minor. I have a lot of the original parts including the seat, handlebars, shocks and numerous other parts

The front brake was updated and Boyer ignition replaced the points. He converted it from a high rider to a roadster using aluminum tank and side covers fabricated by the master Evan Wilcox and fitting a Corbin seat. The first owner bought the bike new in 1978 (all documented), took it home with 8.5 factory test miles on it and parked it in his collection

Seller's comments and description: 1975 norton commando roadster (2 owner bike) very original. This bike comes with original sales slip from leo's south a minnesota based norton dealer. This bike retailed in 1976 for $1850. A triumph was traded in towards this bike and it is all documented on the invoice. I even have the original customer identification card and the tag from the wiring harness before the battery was hooked up. Also the complete service voucher, literature wallet etc. This bike is a local mn bike and was purchased and stayed in the state, it was ridden in the 70's and then stored until the late 90's. It was maintained by wheels unlimited (norton dealer) in rochester mn. There are some receipts but not all.
